We have been an authorized Trane dealer in the Fort Wayne area since 1985 and also an authorized York dealer since 2006. Founded in 1962 by Wallace Borchelt who wanted to provide quality service to his customers. He strived to make every household he went into satisfied and comfortable with the service he provided. This is still our motto today with his two sons. With over 50 years in business we continue to give our customers the best service possible no matter what the job is.
